At Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, we view each employee as an individual contributor to the success of the company. Every person is a key member of our team with an important role to play. Although we're not a large firm in terms of size, we have a mega-impact on the careers of our staff members.

We strive for an unusually encouraging and collegial atmosphere. From monthly pau hanas (literally “finish work” in the Hawaiian language, a time after the workday to gather for fellowship and food), to ski trips, softball games, hiking, and other activities, we find lots of ways to spend time together and celebrate our contributions.

And we make sure to keep on enhancing learning with many professional development opportunities. Many of our staff members hold professional registrations in multiple states and M.S. or Ph.D. degrees.
