Exceptional Leadership
The Group is led by Val S. Frenkel, Ph.D., who has more than 25 years of experience in membrane technology. Val was instrumental in developing the membrane desalination processes and in securing the original patents for microfiltration and ultrafiltration membranes for water and wastewater treatment. One of the world’s top experts in this field, he has authored or co-authored more than 70 papers on the subject and is a frequent presenter at regional, national, and international conferences.
Seventeen other engineers complete the Membrane Technology Group, covering the entire spectrum of membrane applications for wastewater treatment and reuse, water treatment, and desalination for municipalities and industry.
