With over 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, Pat has a proven track record of driving strategic growth and client engagement across diverse markets. In his new role at KJ, Pat will lead business development efforts, oversee project delivery, and manage financial performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Pat’s extensive background includes previous senior leadership roles, where he successfully led industrial water and wastewater practices. His expertise in project management, strategic planning, and team development will be instrumental in enhancing KJ’s service offerings and positioning the firm as a trusted partner in the private sector.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. He is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states.
