We are proud to launch our partnership with Headspace on World Mental Health Day. Headspace is a mental health and meditation platform that provides all employees (and up to 5 of their friends and family) access to hundreds of guided meditations, sleep content, curated music and soundscapes, and mindfulness exercises at no cost.
Thrive Wellness
Thrive Wellness supports our employees in all aspects of their wellness including one-on-one coaching with our Wellness Coordinator, webinars, wellness activities and challenges throughout the year encouraging a healthy lifestyle all around.
KJ Cares
KJ provides paid leave to assist our employees with balancing work and family matters. We offer paid bonding leave and paid caregiver leave so our employees can be present at home when it matters most.
Employee Assistance Program
