David Stout is a Kennedy Jenks (KJ) Vice President who has spent his long career working with private-sector clients on regulatory and technical strategies to manage liabilities related to current and former operations and products, site investigation and remediation, permits, and natural resources.
He negotiates with federal, state, and local stakeholders on reasonable approaches and solutions to environmental matters. David performs receptor identification, exposure assessment, and toxicity assessment to characterize risk to humans and wildlife; applies watershed management approaches for sustainable development, designs and implements restoration of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems; and provides technical case support for litigation.
