Happy New Year!

By

2019 was an exciting year at Kennedy Jenks! We  volunteered in our communities, presented at conferences across the country and internationally, and broke ground of several exciting projects, all while celebrating our 100th anniversary as a firm. As 2020 approaches, we asked some of our employees to share their resolutions for the New Year.

Bhargavi Subramanian

"My resolution is to eliminate single use plastics and packaging at our house. We've been successful in taking some small measure over the past year by buying foods that are available in glass or non-plastic packaging and bulk groceries in reusable bags. We are looking to get household cleaners, laundry detergents, e.t.c. in refillable containers and use bar soaps and shampoo bars. There is still a long way to go as several single-use plastics still find their way to our home. Next step is trying to get food to go from local restaurants in my own glass containers - hopefully I will be successful to a small extent!
