Although we’re not a particularly large firm, we have a significant impact on the careers of our staff members. We strive for an encouraging and collegial atmosphere. From monthly pau hanas (literally “finish work” in the Hawaiian language, a time after the workday to gather for fellowship and food), to ski trips, softball games, hiking, and other activities, we find lots of ways to spend time together and celebrate our contributions.
We make sure to keep on enhancing learning with many professional development opportunities. Many of our staff members hold professional registrations in multiple states and M.S. or Ph.D. degrees.
