We define career success as doing excellent work performed in a setting that is professional, supportive, and enjoyable.

At Kennedy/Jenks, we view each employee as an individual contributor to the success of the company. Every person is a key member of our team with an important role to play.

Although we’re not a particularly large firm, we have a significant impact on the careers of our staff members. We strive for an encouraging and collegial atmosphere. From monthly pau hanas (literally “finish work” in the Hawaiian language, a time after the workday to gather for fellowship and food), to ski trips, softball games, hiking, and other activities, we find lots of ways to spend time together and celebrate our contributions.

We make sure to keep on enhancing learning with many professional development opportunities. Many of our staff members hold professional registrations in multiple states and M.S. or Ph.D. degrees.

Kennedy/Jenks is an equal opportunity employer.
