Tackling today’s water challenges with our eyes on the future at ACE22

By

June 12, 2022 – June 15, 2022 | San Antonio, Texas

Kennedy Jenks is tackling some of water’s greatest challenges alongside our clients and we’re thrilled to share what we’ve learned at ACE22.

Look for our team throughout the conference, but especially on:

Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 1:30 PM CDT, Alex Page, with co-presenter Todd Reynolds will discuss, “Pure Water Monterey: Northern California’s First Indirect Potable Reuse Project.” Pure Water Monterey is a $130M groundwater replenishment project providing a new source of drinking water to help diversify the Monterey Peninsula’s water supply and restore stream flows in the Carmel River. PWM is a unique project because it utilizes four different sources of “wastewater” to produce new water for the region. Learn more about the project ahead of ACE, and hear from Todd Reynolds about what it all looks like.

Aditya Ramamurthy Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 1:30 PM CDT, where KJ’s Aditya Ramamurthy will moderate a session on how we plan for digital transformation.

Stephen Timko Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 2:30 PM CDT, Stephen Timko will talk about PFAS Treatment Solutions, presenting, “From Bench Test to Reality: Comparing Operations of Full-Scale PFAS Treatment Facilities to Preliminary Bench Scale Test Results.” Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are environmentally persistent chemicals that have been increasingly detected in groundwater supplies across the US. This presentation compares preliminary bench-scale testing results from multiple groundwaters to operational data from the full-scale facilities that were constructed.
