His enthusiasm for advancing our Collaborative Delivery practice will help position KJ for long-term growth.
KJ’s founding leader of our Collaborative Delivery practice, Spencer Archer established the foundational frameworks, tools, and team culture that set our early success in motion. As Brad steps into this role, Spencer will transition out of his Collaborative Delivery leadership responsibilities to focus on building and growing our California Region.
