As a certified Design‑Build Done Right® Leader, he brings a strategic, partnership‑driven approach to complex infrastructure programs. Known for his clear communication and collaborative style, Brad excels at aligning owners, technical teams, contractors, regulators, and community stakeholders. His ability to build trust and foster partnership-centered relationships has resulted in long‑standing client engagements and successful project outcomes.
Brad specializes in water and wastewater infrastructure, hydraulic assessment, modeling, system design, water resources, and regulatory permitting. His expertise covers every phase of project delivery—from early chartering, budgeting, and alternatives development through design, permitting, construction, monitoring, and long‑term client advisory. Throughout his career, he has managed and coordinated projects ranging from under $100K to $35M, consistently delivering technical excellence, operational efficiency, and value‑driven solutions. Brad’s vision, leadership, and commitment to integrated delivery continue to shape high-performing teams and resilient water infrastructure across the communities he serves.
Brad received his BS in Civil Engineering and his MS in Hydraulic Engineering from Colorado State University, Fort Collins. He is a certified Design-Build Professional and Design‑Build Done Right® Leader.
