Adrianna Dimperio, P.E., Assoc. DBIA, is Mid-Atlantic Client Service Director, Virginia Group Leader, and Principal at Kennedy Jenks (KJ) with more than two decades of experience in the water and wastewater industry.

Her experience spans both public and private sector projects, where she has helped clients make informed decisions that balance cost, schedule, and performance. Adrianna’s ability to translate technical challenges into actionable solutions reflects her commitment to quality and long-term value. Her leadership in owner advisor services ensures that clients receive strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and procurement to construction and commissioning.
Adrianna’s career includes leadership roles at both public utilities and consulting engineering firms. She served as Chief Engineer at a public utility, where she led multidisciplinary teams and managed capital improvement programs. Her work with public utilities has given her insight into the things that matter most to utility owners. Her collaborative approach and technical expertise make her a trusted partner for utilities navigating large-scale capital improvements. Her expertise in treatment, process engineering, and collaborative project delivery has made her a trusted advisor and advocate for utility clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Adrianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and an Associate Design-Build Professional (Assoc. DBIA). Her active involvement in professional organizations, including leadership roles with the Virginia Section of AWWA and the WaterJAM Committee, reflects her commitment to advancing the industry and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
