David is experienced in a variety of water and wastewater projects including planning, design, and optimization of municipal wastewater treatment processes.
He has worked on projects at over 35 municipal wastewater treatment plants, ranging in size from 0.5 mgd to 250 mgd, including work on the design of 10 wastewater MBR facilities. David has served as design manager/project engineer on multi-disciplinary design projects with costs up to $40 million, working in teams of over 30 multi-discipline engineering staff and 13 subconsultants. David is currently serving as the firm’s Community of Practice Leader for Wastewater services.
