Jon Westervelt is a Vice President, registered professional engineer, certified construction manager and licensed contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the delivery of public works, private sector and environmental engineering projects.
He leads Kennedy Jenks’ (KJ’s) Construction Management team using his expertise in all project delivery types, including traditional (Design/Bid/Build) and alternate project delivery (including CMatRisk, CM-GC, and Design-Build). His design experience includes development of design documents and specifications, construction cost estimation, constructability reviews and project scheduling. His contracting and construction management experience includes project management, procurement management, project controls, resident engineering, construction inspection/testing, and startup/commissioning.
