With more than two decades of environmental consulting experience, Meredith Clement excels in Planning projects, including developing more than 30 Urban Water Management Plans, performing water supply identification and evaluation, water conservation plans, water shortage contingency plans, and wastewater system evaluations.
She specializes in water planning, urban planning, and securing grant and loan funding for infrastructure. Meredith is also an expert in environmental compliance documentation, including California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). As the leader of our Funding Specialist Group, she oversees the entire funding process, from application to negotiation, ensuring compliance with public financing terms and conditions.
