Spencer Archer is a Principal, project manager/construction manager, Regional Manager for our California business, and California Lead for Collaborative Delivery.
Spencer has over two decades of collaborative project delivery experience for municipal, federal, and private industry clients on projects ranging from annual multi-million-dollar accounts to projects in excess of $50 million. He has experience in evaluating, designing, commissioning, O&M and project management of water treatment plants and sludge dewatering facilities. Spencer launched KJ’s Design-Build group, spearheading alternative project delivery pursuit, project management, and building standards for responsible delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction for the firm’s collaborative delivery projects.
