New Strategy and Business Development Role Designed To Expand Firm in the Southeast

 

San Francisco, CA:  Kennedy Jenks is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Balchon as Director of Strategic Plan Implementation focusing on the company’s water business. In this newly created role, Mr. Balchon will leverage Kennedy Jenks’ world-class water and wastewater expertise in key growth markets in the Southeast U.S.

An extremely talented client manager and business development expert, he will also provide highly focused management of the firm’s strategic plan implementation in the areas of alternative delivery, construction management, utility management and other strategic services.

With over three decades of expertise in planning, design and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities and pipeline systems, Mr. Balchon brings extensive credentials to Kennedy Jenks. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he is a licensed professional engineer, a board certified Environmental Engineer and has achieved certification from the Design-Build Institute of America.
