Dr. Bhargavi (Gavi) Subramanian is a Staff Scientist in the Applied Research Group based out of the San Francisco Bay Area offices of Kennedy/Jenks Consultants. Her specialties include co-digestion, resource recovery, anaerobic digestion process optimization and digester foaming mitigation. She has successfully completed various full-scale wastewater grant co-digestion projects funded by Water Research Foundation (WRF) and California Energy Commission (CEC). She has nearly 8 years of experience in research and technology development of wastewater treatment. Gavi earned her Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

Vice President

Aditya Ramamurthy serves as the Director of Utility Management Services at Kennedy Jenks. His utility management focus areas include asset management, capital planning, data governance and information management, digital transformation, business process optimization, and program management. Aditya also serves as the Chair for the CIP Planning & Delivery sub-committee part of the WEF Utility Management Committee as well as a member of the WEFTEC Program Committee.

Matt is licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and is a certified Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America. With over 10 years of experience providing solutions for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water facilities using both conventional and collaborative delivery methods, he has led projects through all stages including feasibility studies, planning, permitting, design, construction, and commissioning.
