Will Provide Strategic Leadership in Key Communications and Human Resources Roles

Kennedy Jenks today announced that Suzanne Broadbent and Lyndell Williams, SHRM-SCP, SPHR have joined the firm’s leadership team, adding a rich depth of industry expertise to the employee-owned company.
Serving as Senior Director of Communications is Suzanne Broadbent who joined Kennedy Jenks on March 2022 and is based out of Connecticut; Lyndell Williams became Human Resources Director in April 2022 and is based out of Virginia.
Suzanne has spent the last 15 years in the engineering/infrastructure industry focusing on corporate communications, with an emphasis on internal communications and employee engagement, public relations, social media, and branding. Most recently, she led internal communications with a focus on employee engagement at WSP and held previous positions at companies including Golder, Arcadis, and Malcolm Pirnie. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Mary Washington and a master’s degree in Public Relations from Iona College.
Lyndell advanced through increasingly responsible HR roles in the hospitality industry for nearly a decade before spending the next 17 years of her career at companies like Malcolm Pirnie, Arcadis, and Environmental Management Specialists, Inc. Since 2016 she has been overseeing HR for award-winning medical practices in Ohio and now Virginia. After earning her bachelor’s degree of business administration in Human Resources from Marymount University, Lyndell earned an MBA from Franklin University.
